Winners Club

    The Winner’s Club is a way for us to shower you with monthly gift offerings, invite you to private events, and really show our appreciation for your referrals!

    There are 3 levels to our Winner’s Club:

    In the first level, Bronze, members will receive a monthly e-mail with the “Offer of the Month.” If it’s something you are interested in receiving, follow the instructions in the email to claim your prize. (There will be a limit on how many are available.) This is NOT a drawing, and NO, you don’t need to get us a referral to claim a gift. These gifts are ALWAYS FREE to you!

    In the next level, Silver, members will receive a Winner’s Club Starbucks card with ten dollars on it. You’ll also have ten dollars automatically loaded onto the card on the first of every month for six months! If we receive another referral during that six-month period, your $10 monthly perk extends ANOTHER 6 months! Your free coffee (or tea or pastries or gifts) can extend for years, as long as you send us at least one referral every six months. If you don’t, you’ll still be a Bronze member and have access to all of the Bronze Member fun! You can always become a Silver member again at any time with a new referral or by doing business with us.

    In the third level, Gold, members receive ALL the perks that Bronze and Silver members receive, PLUS exclusive invitations to VIP Winner’s Club events. Club members reach gold status by referring us business at least 4 times in any 12-month period.

     

    What is a referral? A referral is NOT our Team selling someone’s home. It is not our team helping someone purchase a new home. A referral is simply you getting permission from anyone you know, who is thinking of buying or selling a home, to give us their name and number so that we can call that person and set an appointment to meet. It doesn’t matter if we get that person under contract, and it doesn’t matter if we close the transaction. How easy is that!?
